We welcomed Chris Truran to our meeting in July for an interesting - and entertaining - look at how DNA and fingerprinting has developed over the years, right from the first burglar caught by fingerprints and some very high profile cases. Chris is an ex-Met Police Officer who trained as a Scenes of Crime Officer in London. Over almost 40 years he investigated more than 25,000 crimes from petty crimes to murder.
