About the Event

Please RSVP to this event

Our meeting this month will be with Life Coach Emily Walker, on the subject of Building Emotional Resilience

In the meantime, a little about Emily

'I am an Accredited Life Coach (PCC), Trainer, Coach Supervisor (ACS), Meditation Teacher and Reiki Practitioner.

As a Life Coach I specialise in Emotional Resilience helping people to move well through the ups and downs of life. I work with people from a variety of backgrounds and of different ages, from 10-90! Some of my work is in schools coaching teens 1:1 and in groups around all aspects of mental health and relationships. I have a private practice working with adults 1:1 and occasionally in groups, again exploring with them the best way to navigate the challenges we face in life and to move from surviving to thriving.

I train others to be Life Coaches through the Animas Centre for Coaching and offer supervision and mentoring to other life coaches.

I practice and teach meditation which is an amazing way to cultivate emotional resilience and together with my husband, who is a Sound Therapist, we offer an easy inroad to meditation with Sound healing and Reiki sessions to groups and individuals at our local studio.

My aim in all my work is to bring space and peace into people’s lives so that they can, through their own self-awareness, see what will help them on their journey, notice what they can begin to let go of and how they can thrive'.
