MVWI February Meeting - Gluten-free and Dairy-free Cooking

Even if we can eat gluten and dairy ourselves, we all know someone who has a gluten-free or dairy-free diet - or both.  Kate McBain will explain how to prepare gluten-free and dairy-free food.  

Kate has over 25 years' experience in the food and presentation sector.  She owns SophistiKate Cooking and is cordon bleu trained.  Her speciality is cooking with intolerances.

There should be plenty of time for any cookery related questions at the end of Kate's presentation.
