About the Event
There are a number of camping weekends organised by WI members around the country and we haven’t attended one - yet!
Some of the committee are intending joining Hill End Hijinx on 12th-14th June 2020 in Oxfordshire. The whole campsite has been booked for WI members only and there will be a programme of crafts and activities to join in with the opportunity to meet and have fun with WI members from around the country.
Prices have not been released yet, but based on other events, this will be in the region of £50-100 for the whole weekend. We believe there are some ‘dorm’ style beds available for those who don’t fancy sleeping outdoors but otherwise you just bring your own tent.
Booking will be open very soon. At the moment, they're taking provisional RSVPs to confirm costs but initial guidelines are £45 for dormitory accomodation, £35 for tent (bring your own) and as car parking is limited to around 80 cars, we'll need to arrange car sharing. Please RSVP with your preference for accomodation and we will register your provisional booking for you.
